The training is designed to help you develop the practical skills required in a consultancy role. You will be guided by our experienced facilitators with over 20 years’ experience in consultancy work.
The two-day training will take place at NobView Hotel. The fees will be three hundred and fifty thousand UgShs (350,000/=) This fee will cater for break tea, lunch, other refreshments, venue, training materials and facilitators.

- Developing expression of interest (Practical)
- Developing and How to interpret terms of reference
- Developing technical proposals (Practical Session)
- Costing technical proposals (Practical Session)
- Developing Technical Proposals for Baseline, Midterm and Endline Project (Practical Session)
- Developing a Technical and Financial Training Report
- Developing financial bids (Practical Session)
- Evaluating technical and financial Proposals
- Developing inception reports (Practical Session)
- Developing a Baseline Midterm, Final Evaluation Report (Practical Session)
- Developing a Training Report
TRAINING APPROACH
Since the training is going to be practically hands on, the facilitators will work with you one on one to discuss in groups and develop your own consultancy tools and deliverables which finally will be presented so that we can ascertain whether you have acquired the skills to develop such consultancy tools and deliverables on your own.
